The fully fenced-in back yard provides outdoor space for good weather days. Driveway allows for up to three cars in tandem. The home has been remodeled with noise reduction windows for quiet, calm evenings. This home is outfitted for comfort and ease during your stay. Designer touches can be felt throughout the home. Fluffy down comforters on each bed, lots of room in the closets, and abundant linens for your stay. We allow pets for a small fee, case by case basis.The neighborhood is a VERY family friendly area so we are unable to host pets that are aggressive in nature (even slightly). Please provide a description of your pet prior to booking. This home is on Alberta St with quick access to over 70 Portland businesses, a multi-cultural kaleidoscope of colors and flavors filled with independent boutiques featuring local artists and designers. Cleaning fee is deducted from deposit, not in addition to deposit. Note: If rental is only for 3-6 months, rental rate is $3200. No Smoking allowed. Up to 3 well behaved pets. One month minmum lease would prefer 3-4 month lease.
