The building is clean, quiet , and secure-keyed entry. We are owner-operated and have owned the building for 35 years. The property is closed to the down-town YMCA and city bus terminal. We prefer one person in Studio units. There is an extra charge for an additional occupant. 6 month lease, option to renew with permission from owner. This is a non-smoking building . Pets are only allowed through application, deposit and agreement with owner. This is not a dog-friendly unit. Parking is at the direction of the owner/manager.
