This is not a dog-friendly unit. There is on-site laundry and one parking spot is included with the unit. We charge a $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Move- in costs are $2575.00 We require an application with a $30.00 application fee. This is a 6 month lease, renewable with the permission of the owner. The building is non-smoking.
