Located on Grandview and Hill, just a short walk from downtown Gallup in a nice neighborhood. 1 shared garage parking space available. All utilities are included in the rent, including high speed internet. Weekly laundry service available because there is no washer and dryer in the studio. We'll do your laundry for you once a week. We live in the upstairs part of the house part time, the rest of the time we are at our cabin. We have a 4 year-old and a 1 year-old and we do our best to keep the noise down, but kids are kids. We don't ever stay up late and party or anything like that.
