The bedroom is good sized with a large closet! Tenant is responsible for electricity. As of 5/28/26, the average electric cost through NWPS is $111. We do allow pets with a $500 pet deposit, and $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
