Both bedrooms are good sizes with large closets! You pay electric (average about $80-90) We do allow pets with a $500 pet deposit, and $25 pet rent per animal. No smoking in the property of any kind. We base our rent amounts on a 12-month lease. If you desire to rent for shorter than 12 months, it will be an additional 20% added onto the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
