Very solid well structured home all plumbing electric works perfectly on city utilities. Needs a few minor fixes no major work on this house. Needs a face-lift and would be exceptional has great bones for a start house sets on huge open yard 4 city lots total at the corner of 3 neighborhood streets. Directly behind city library surrounded by great neighbors perfect location 1/4 mile from city school all stores etc. The asking price is negotiable but not by much don't waste my time offering 10k less then I'm asking thanks!
