This is the most friendly neighborhood I've ever lived in. People are fabulous and the community pool is very enjoyable. The room addition in 2012 increased the size of one of the bedrooms adding an additional closet in that room and increasing the master bedroom closet significantly. New roof and HVAC and windows within the last 5 years. The kitchen was remodeled in April 2020. 2 full baths & 1 half bath
