Backyard has a deck, gazebo and fish pond. House is furnished and parking is on the street. We prefer no pets. The monthly rent includes all utilities including internet, Apple TV, and trash pickup. A landscaping company tends to the yard every 2 weeks. The rental is for 6 months - May 1 through October 31. Credit checks and references required. A fee may be associated with the credit check. Application and fee for credit checks are required as well as references from previous landlords.
