Cute neighborhood that has a mix of older and younger families, there are many children of all ages. The neighbors are very supportive of the community. Walk to Rails to Trails. Closed community no real through traffic, only negative is the high school which is a positive if you are a young family b/c there are plenty of babysitters in the area but the kids aren’t a bother at all. I wish Zillo appraised my house for its taxes, because I’m being assessed by the county at $257,000!!! From what I understand your house is usually taxed at 2/3 the salable value. After just refiing our appraisal just came back at $286000, and that is without the family room completed or the landscaping that we're doing now!
