I have a VERY nice house that is currently available for rent.... I need someone or a family willing to take care of it as if it were their own... it comes furnished with a stove and dishwasher..... however, you must supply your OWN FRIDGE and MICROWAVE.... There's also a grill located on the back porch deck for your convenience as well.... the lease is for 1 year with the option of staying after the lease has expired.... there is a $5 application fee which covers the application and a copy of the lease agreement which you can take with you..... you will be responsible for all bills which includes rent, water, electric, gas and any cable that you may get.... the location of the house is about a hundred yards from the Overton school, so its within walking distance for children going to school. There's also a church at the front of the street..... and finally, no pets are allowed whatsoever and no smoking is allowed inside or outside the premises.... please call or text Chris.... thanks
