This is the perfect cozy place to come home to after a day adventuring in Ocean City. Take a hot shower and relax on the couch, futon, or king size bed in the air conditioning. Beach style living done right! Utilities are tenant's responsibility, one parking space provided with a parking pass, no smoking, no pets. 6 month lease with the option for longer term if we both feel it is a good fit. Security deposit of $1600, $1400 will be returned upon end of lease $200 kept for cleaning.
