Cute 3 BR, 2 Bath home with garage, mudroom, large enclosed sunroom in back 47X11 in size, great for entertaining, nice open concept as you walk in, backyard has plenty of room for a large garden, there's also a finished shed that can be used as a hobby room or storage, plus a large patio in back, so much you can do at this home. I am looking for 6-12 month renters, but can negotiate month-to-month dependent on situation. Prefer no pets, but again - situationally dependent. Renter is responsible for any damage they cause to the home. I will cover anything in the house that malfunctions.
