A 2018 Dutch Diamond Mobile Home, 70x16 Our family home for about 6 years, we comfortably had 4 adults living in this home at one point. The master bedroom has a full bathroom in it, and the second bathroom is between the other two bedrooms for easy access. It has central air and gas heat, and the central air is phenomenal. We also have a shed which we will gladly give to the new owners, but if the new owners don’t want it we will remove it for them. We rerouted a bit of the duct work under the home which made the AC/heat going to the back bedroom much stronger and more efficient. We also put a new cover underneath the home to protect the piping and ductwork within the last two years. We had no problems with this home, and it was truly a great home. Lot rent is 537 which includes water, there is also a community pool open in the summer that is within walking distance from this home.
