My roommate and I are being relocated for work and are looking for 2 people to take over the remainder of our lease (August - End of October) at Uptown Gardens Apartments with the option to renew at the end of the lease. This is a 3rd(and top) floor apartment that is conveniently located in uptown Charlotte for an amazing price. This place is perfect for those who want to walk uptown to work or even commute as you are going against the traffic. Each bedroom has a walk in closet and bathroom, The apartment has a spacious living room with a working fireplace and a large dining room area as well. The apartment is on a quiet street and has a security gate into the building. Parking is included for 2 cars. Pets are allowed as we have already paid the pet fee. If you are interested please send an email and I would be happy to send you some pictures or let you see the apartment. I am willing to pay the $75 per person application fee as well as the $175 administrative fee for you if you decide to move in. You will be taking the apartment "as is" upon move in which is in great condition. The apartment can be available as soon as you need it to be.
