First Floor: The spacious foyer of this home offers lots of room to gather the family before heading off to enjoy vacation activities. Off the foyer is a family room with a piano, TV, and VCR. A game table seats four and offers a marvelous place for a game of cards, or a family game night board game. Sliding glass doors open out to a shaded deck, and offer partial ocean views through the trees. From this deck, guests can access the private boardwalk to the beach, the sundeck, and an outdoor shower. A bedroom furnished with two twin beds accesses the deck via sliding glass doors, and is decorated in bright, cheery colors, creating a light, airy atmosphere. This bedroom utilizes the full hall bath. Second Floor: Upstairs, the living room is filled with sunlight during the day, thanks to the open vaulted ceiling. Enjoy relaxing in the comfortable furnishings while fixing drinks at the wet bar or watching TV or a movie on the VCR. There is a surround-sound stereo system with CD player. Ceiling fans stir gentle winds, bringing to mind the ocean breezes, especially when looking through the wall of windows at the fantastic ocean views. Sliding glass doors access the screened porch with ocean views which seats four guests. The dining area seats six and also shares the benefit of the open vaulted ceilings. The dining room has a marvelous view of the live oaks in the front of the home. The eat in kitchen seats six and has an island range with its own indoor grill! The mirrored backsplash creates a feeling of spaciousness and light, and there are small ocean views from the kitchen windows. A bedroom furnished with two twin beds has a private bath and picks up the colors of the ocean at sunset. Another bedroom with walls the color of a Lowcountry twilight, is furnished with a king bed and has its own TV, a small private deck and ocean view, and utilizes the full hall bath. The master bedroom has a King bed, its own TV, a small private deck and ocean view, as well as its own private stairs down to the boardwalk. Drawing inspiration from its beach surroundings, this room is elegantly decorated in a palm tree and ocean motif. The master bedroom also has a private bath.
