Because of high demand, applicant must pay for $55 background check (evictions, criminal, and financial) done through Avail before touring the house. Applicant should message me through Zillow to request the application for the background check. Do not pay for background check if you do not meet the above criteria. No pets. Landlord will be responsible for the exterior of the home, roof, walls, etc. as well as the furnace, A/C, and hot water tank. Tenant is responsible for the interior of the home, including drywall, plumbing, carpet, etc. Kitchen appliances are fairly new and are included. However, if they break, it is up to the tenant to fix or replace themselves. Tenant would be permitted to take any purchased appliances with them after the lease term.
