The apartment is a "mother-in-law" unit with a totally separate entrance. It's furnished, very quiet, safe and private. (Note: Some furniture may be just a bit different than in photos, but the essentials are there for each room - LR/K/BR/BA - so you'll be very comfortable.) Beautiful, panoramic views of Sinclair Inlet & Olympic mountains! Apartment amenities include: Clothes Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Stove/Oven, Free-standing gel fuel fireplace. Vaulted LR ceiling with fan. Bathroom with lots of storage, shower, fan, and window. Utilities included: water, trash, heating, 2 broadband outlets. Outside parking for one vehicle. On a semi-rural private road with just four other homes. Close to shopping, gas stations, restaurants, banks, etc Our rental agreement is for a year minimum. If you want to stay longer, all the better! Utilities are included (except cable TV - but there are two broadband outlets and there's a wireless tower not far away). Our monthy rental is less expensive than other 1BR apartments that don't have any views and don't include utilities. Your deposit will be refunded if the apt is left in very good condition when you leave. We don't charge the last month's rent in advance, like most rentals. The apt is suitable for one person or two (one bedroom). We require a credit and background check (via Zillow's application) before showing the apt for our own security, we hope you understand.
