The space includes: Lofted bedroom with queen-size mattress Living area with couch that converts to a single bed Full private bathroom (toilet + shower) Fully equipped kitchen with propane gas stove, refrigerator, full-size sink, and comfortable dining area Smart storage throughout, including loft drawers and storage above the French doors Fully furnished, including a complete set of kitchen supplies Location & access: Plenty of free street parking Convenient access to bus lines 72 and 75 Calm, residential setting Rent & terms: $1,150/month All utilities included: electricity, water, trash, and Wi-Fi (Tenant pays only for propane used for the stove and hot water) $1,150 refundable security deposit Available now Preferred lease: 6 months or 18 months, with option to go month-to-month after (Shorter terms may be considered for the right fit) Additional notes: The property is shared with another house occupied by our parents, a quiet, retired couple in their 70s who are home most of the time.
