The neighborhood is very safe and there are restaurants, grocery stores close by. We have a keyed entry, so that you can enter/exit anytime. Make yourself comfortable in the place, however be courteous to the other guests who occupy the space too. All rooms have smart TVs and there are functional with everything a professional would need. Guest access Full access to kitchen, laundry and common amenities. Please follow the boy scout rule and clean up after yourselves. I provide utensils, plates/bowls/silverware etc. Other things to note Please keep it to yourself and limit interactions with neighbors/outsiders. This is for the safety of yourself and the other guests There are 3 other guests and most renters are medium to long term. 6 months lease preferred though willing to work for shorter terms.
