This place was created specifically for people wanting a safe/quiet and comfortable place. Great if you are working and need something for a *couple* of months. This is a fairly large room 14'x12' with a decent closet. Clean / Safe & functional space Keyed Entry Memory foam beds for a good night sleep Smart TV in room Desk Lamp with charging ports Mesh Wifi networks Ceiling fans for better temperature control Restaurants and Grocery stores nearby The space The room has a Smart TV along with high speed internet. The neighborhood is very safe and there are restaurants, grocery stores close by. We have a keyed entry, so that you can enter/exit anytime. Make yourself comfortable in the place, however be courteous to the other guests who occupy the space too. All rooms have smart TVs and there are functional with everything a professional would need. Guest access Full access to kitchen, laundry and common amenities. Please follow the boy scout rule and clean up after yourselves. I provide utensils, plates/bowls/silverware etc. During your stay I maybe remote and may not be always available in person, however I am accessible and will be available by phone/text if you need me. Other things to note Please keep it to yourself and limit interactions with neighbors/outsiders. This is for the safety of yourself and the other guests There are 3 other guests and most renters are medium to long term. 6 months lease preferred though willing to work for shorter terms.
