Easily walk along tree-lined streets with antique homes to the Neuse River and downtown restaurants and bars. For traveling nurses our building is 1.2 miles from Carolina East Medical Center. Or to enjoy the beach we are 48 miles to Emerald Isle. There is no smoking, vaping, candles, flames of any kind, or illegal drug use allowed anywhere on the property. No loud parties, and quiet hours 11pm to 7am daily. External only security cameras and lighting surround the building. Since we now offer only mid and long-term rentals to guests through several platforms we do not use leases. Pay $500 advance deposit to reserve your dates, then pay the remainder of first month's rent upon move-in. After the first month, pay at the start of each week or bi-weekly. If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before arrival, the $500 is refundable. Once you move in, you may extend or shorten your stay with 30-days notice to the owner. One dog is allowed with proof of vaccination and must maintain regular flea treatment. A second dog may be allowed with prior consent by owner. $200 per dog fee when you move-in. This fully refundable if no pet damage or additional cleaning is required after you leave.
