The address is 5124 Seattle Ave SW, near the crossing of I5 and Bridgeport Way SW. Brookside studios are $950 per month, and 1 BR's are $1100 per mo. Tenants all pay for their own electricity, and for the one bedroom apartments only, tenants also pay their water usage. If you're interested, please fill out and return the attached application form.
