To be constructed. Before we designed it we had checked more than one hundred different layouts from eplans and the same. We choose the land from more than fifteen options and have found really nice, quite and clean place. I also already received a confirmation from the townhall that the land is buildable and we just wait for the family who would like to have it before we apply for building permit. Also it is a great possibility to make some changes to design on that stage to match customer requirements.
