This is a super cozy little house with a fenced back yard. It has a single car carport and a large front yard perfect for gardening. There are Large pecan trees on 3 sides of the house, which bring filtered light through the numerous windows. The dwelling is actually a stand alone house, but the carport joins with another 1 bedroom house. A driveway separates the two houses, but they are in close proximity to each other. The house was built in the 1950s and has lots of character. It is very small, but has all the right stuff and is a perfect size for a couple or single person. It is over 70 years old and while it is well maintained, perfection is out of the question. If you like old and funky with lots of character, this could be the place for you! The surrounding neighborhood is all residential homes with pretty established yards and Downtown is a very short walk as well as Quaker town park and Emily Fowler Library. My wife and I own and manage this property and are "real" people instead of a corporate machine who likes to make lots of rules and extract extra money from tenants for whatever. If you prefer new stuff, cookie cutter floor plans and are scared of old structures, it's probaly best to keep looking,. If you like quirky, quaint, interesting and unique then this could be the place you have been looking for. We are easy going landlords, but GOOD CREDIT IS A MUST! We require a minimum credit score of 660 or higher. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and taking care of the yard. Lease term of 6 months to 1 year. No smoking inside the house.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
