This is a super cozy little house with a very shady back yard. It has a single car carport and fenced yard. The dwelling is actually a stand alone house, but the carport joins with another 1 bedroom house. A driveway separates the two houses, but they are in close proximity to each other. The house was built in the 1950s and has lots of character. It is very small, but has all the right stuff and is a perfect size for a couple or single person. It is over 70 years old and while it is well maintained, perfection is out of the question. If you like old and funky with lots of character, this could be the place for you! There are Large pecan trees on 3 sides of the house, which bring filtered light through the numerous windows. The surrounding neighborhood is all residential homes with pretty established yards and Downtown is a very short walk as well as Quaker town park and Emily Fowler Library. My wife and I own and manage this property and are "real" people instead of a corporate machine who likes to make lots of rules and extract extra money from tenants for whatever. If you prefer new stuff, cookie cutter floor plans and are scared of old structures, it's probaly best to keep looking, but if you like quirky, interesting and unique then send me an email for a tour. We are easy going landlords, but GOOD CREDIT IS A MUST! (see details of how we define good credit in rent details section) CREDIT IS MOST IMPORTANT TO US AND WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT APPLICANTS WHO HAVE A CREDIT SCORE OF 660 OR BETTER.
