Tenant further consents to the use of photographs, video recordings, and virtual tours of the Premises for marketing and advertising purposes, including online listings, provided Landlord does not intentionally identify Tenant's personal property by name or disclose Tenant's personal information. Failure by Tenant to provide reasonable access as required herein shall constitute a material breach of this Lease.
