Close to Canseco's, Milne Park, local elementary school (walking distance), bus stops directly to French Quarter area, and Elysian Fields or Franklin Ave will take you straight to the interstate or to French Quarters. Renter is responsible for all water and utilities (e.g. electric) and other amenities (e.g. internet, cable, yard work etc.). This is a Non-Smoking house. If Landlord/Property Manager finds smoking on site, it will invalidate the lease. Smoking outside the home (backyard, etc.) is okay.
