There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, with a large loft that could be used as a third bedroom, playroom, or office. There is a new dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven, and washer/dryer hook-ups. New manufactured hardwood in the bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining room. The house has radiant heated floors and a wood burning stove, which keep the house nice a cozy all winder long. There is also a two-car detached garage and we are open to our tenants having two medium dogs or one large dog. This would be a wonderful home for a small family or two professionals. We are seeking renters for a 1-year lease. The following are the responsibility of the tenants: - Utilities (must be set-up in your name) - Trash and recycling removal - Snow removal - Firewood PETS We allow two small/medium or one large dog(s). No cats are allowed. We do not charge a pet deposit, but any damage due to pet ownership will be the responsibility of the tenants.
