It is located on Chatham Parkway in the Walden at Chatham Center complex. All neighbors are very quiet nice and respectful. It is the perfect environment for a student, young professional, or couple! The property managers are spectacular and know many residents by name. And you are only a 7 minute drive from downtown Savannah! I am currently looking for someone to take over the lease starting May 1. The lease ends early October but you will have the option to renew for another year or on a month to month basis if needed. The complex is truly spectacular and includes a business center, gym, pool, dog park, car washing station, and playground.
