Our lease is up on August 1st we need someone to take over our lease until then. You would sign a whole new lease and everything would be in your name. By taking over a lease you will not have to pay for a security deposit or the big start up fees. There will be application fees ($20 a person over 18) and a fee to take over the lease (I think it's $250 but I will take care of that if you take it) Water and sewage is added to the rent each month (last month ours was $12.67 for sewage and $17.88 for water) trash is $4, pest control is $2.50 and valet trash is 27.50. There are hookups for washer/dryer but there are some in the clubhouse.We love the apartment and the complex staff is very nice and helpful we have never had any problems! It is located on Chatham parkway 10 min from downtown. Not much traffic. We as roommates are just going separate ways and we need someone to take over our lease. Please contact me with any questions!
