We have a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, brick home in Leonard. Leonard is @ 25 miles northeast of McKinney, a town of @1800 people. The house is @1500sqft. sitting on 1.29 acres. It has a pipe fence around back with a 30X40 insulated shop with 10X10 roll up doors on both ends and a 6' covered porch across the front and 15x40 insulated addition with separated bays, 25'x15' for storage or parking and 15'x15' for an office. There is also a small 12x12 building for mowers, tools etc. The property around the house has an irrigation system for the yard and flower beds and new wood fence. It has a covered back porch that faces the East so it is very cool in the evening. A/C was replaced 7 years ago. The water heater, wood floors, kitchen counter top and the entire main bathroom were replaced in 2014. We are currently having all of the carpet replaced and the entire interior painted. The house has basically gone through a total make over in the last 5 years. Hopefully the pictures will do it some justice.
