A luxurious King-size bed with a gorgeous unique canopy frame. Bedding is soft cotton and linen. Small refrigerator, hotpot provided, and microwave along with essential dishware. Please note, there is NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is just adjacent to the bedroom and is bright and clean, with tub/shower and fluffy towels. This would be a perfect rental for someone visiting family/friends for a while or a college student in Portland. Plenty of curbside food pick-up available in easy walking distance, as well as Rosemont and the Portland Food Coop. Although completely private, this is within our family home with young children so some noise might be heard. Please NO SMOKING (nor use of any tobacco products) anywhere on the premises. No parties. All utilities included.
