There is a a full kitchen, stacked washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, and electric fireplace. Skylights provide lots of light. The French doors make it easy to move a bicycle in and out. The bathroom has a Toto bidet. There is one queen bed with privacy curtains and a couch that turns into two twin beds. The trundle bed is ideal for children, as it is movable and low to the ground. The top bed is a 10-inch memory foam mattress and the trundle bed a thinner 8-inch. This studio is attached to a house but has no access from the house. It has its own entrance and is more like an apartment. One wall of the apartment is shared with a garage, and the other is shared with a storage room. There is no structure above your ceiling and the space is very quiet. The doors are at ground level, but there is one step in front of the doors. This is a quiet space on a street with a cul-de-sac and very low car traffic. Parking is behind a gated fence with 120v outlet for EV charging. A peaceful and safe 10-minute walk to RiverBend Hospital, on a tree-lined sidewalk from your home to the crosswalk. Utilities are included (electric, water, garbage, WiFi) Parking is behind a gated fence. There is also street parking available. No pets, no smoking.
