    My home of nearly twenty years was remodeled in 2021. It is unique to the community in that it backs up to a green belt. There is no one behind you and that is fantastic. Your neighbors on both sides are also great. Lots to keep you entertained, within 1-2 miles you have access to The Yard (Austin winery, Spokesman, St Elmo Brewery), the up and coming St. Elmo Market, Sagebrush, Little Darlin, Nomadic Brewery, and Bender. (three miles) Pinthouse Brewing and Meanwhile Brewing. There is also a secret entrance to the Williamson Creek Greenbelt, which is an 8-minute walk from the house. Further, four miles away is the amazing Onion Creek District Park. Also great access to Central Market, Wheatsville, and Sprouts. The kitchen boasts white quartz countertops with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, the microwave and the stove. You'll fall in love with this home, and the beautiful backyard! There are two bathrooms - one with a tub and one with a shower. There is a little plot where we garden, we hope you will use it. In fact, we were going to turn the entire backyard into a garden. Go for it if you are the type. This is a pet friendly property and deposits and fees can be negotiable based upon the pet and your renters insurance. I prefer no dogs over 40lb, but if you have a senior Great Dane I'm sure we can make some exceptions. This property will be available Sept 1st.
