It's a very small complex with only 10 units which makes for a peaceful environment. Within minutes of multiple freeways and downtown Houston. Total move in cost $1500 We only offer month to month leases. Tenant is responsible for electric; we pay gas and water. Tenant is also responsible for all appliances, including window AC units. There are no washer/dryer hookups or onsite laundry facilities. However, there are lots of washeterias within minutes. NO PETS ALLOWED Move in requirements are a $35 Zillow application. It does a credit and background check for us to review. The application is good for 30 days and as many properties as you would like to apply to. We require at least 2X the rent and 2 months proof of income. Income needs to be recent and if transferring or changing jobs, please provide an offer letter from your new employer. We are not too concerned with credit scores, but we are looking to see if you have any evictions or a criminal background that could affect our other tenants. Those are not automatic denials; it varies case by case.
