The entire apartment has just been repainted. All new light fixtures, ceiling fans, light switches, and outlets. Also, the bathroom has just been remodeled. It's located in Boardman school district, and there are friendly neighbors in other apartments in the building. There's also plenty of parking available because I had a new parking lot installed in the front of the building last year. We've had no issues with crime or drama at this property. I stay up on maintenance and keeping the grass cut and removing any trash or branches from the yard on a regular basis. The apartment is on the top floor with a great view of everything in the intersection of Southern Blvd and Indianola, where Indianola turns into Shields.
