It has two recently remodeled full bathrooms, two bedrooms as well a sitting room off of the kitchen, a front entry room, a large living room, and a seperate laundry room with both gas and electric hook up for a dryer. Cats allowed with additional deposit. One year lease required. Yard work provided, monthly a/c filter change provided. Refrigerator and microwave not included. No Smoking allowed.
