This is an amazing western facing sandy beach front lot. Lake Milakokia is an all sport lake at 1956 acres. On top of the motorsports this lake is also a great fishery. Most people fish for Walleye or perch but there is good bass and a lot of pike as well as other panfish. The lot is 1.15 acres. Lake Milakokia is a very quiet lake with little traffic. Most of the boats on the lake are fishermen. Even on a holiday weekend I rarely see more than half a dozen boats on the lake at any time.
