TV is internet based. Bring your Netflix and Amazon accounts and enjoy watching on the Sony 4k smart TV. Hide-a-bed can be used as a third bed. Furnished and gas, electric, water, garbage, and internet are all included in the rent. At the moment, home is not pet ready. Please contact to see if condition has changed though. We are re-building the fence to ensure a good pet experience. Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside and out of the house. We are very sorry, but given the close proximity to our neighbors and our long term relationship, we can not accommodate any change. Home will have high definition security cameras installed outside and they will record anyone that comes on the property. Of course there are no cameras inside to respect your privacy.
