Hi there! We are looking for 1 female or male tenant to fill the remaining standard sized room in the house that will be unfurnished upon move in. The room has an ample sized closet, large window, and a ceiling fan that is remote controlled. The room is private, but you will share a bathroom with 1 other tenant. Everyone is laid back and very respectful. If you have any questions or are interested, feel free to reach out! Lease is for 12 months/1 Year minimum. There is plenty of street parking right outside the house. Smoking outside only. The home is a newer built home in a community with a park right across the street that includes a basketball court, volleyball court, ping pong table, bike racks, and walking and sitting spaces. There is a brand new coffee shop that is a 3 minute walk from the house. We have 24/7 Private Security for the community as well. The home is 15 minutes to downtown Denver, 12 minutes to the RiNo art district, and 25 minutes to the Denver International Airport.
