Very large house in Blue Hills, on a terrific block full of longtime residents. Really could be a 4 bedroom, but access to one upstairs bed is through the other, so I've only listed 3. The upstairs is like being inside a yacht - the custom woodwork is vintage awesome, including a mattress-ready built-in bed frame. Most of the storm windows are in good condition. Full basement with high ceilings, washer and dryer hook-ups, and lots of shelving. The interior is newly painted, new mini-blinds have been installed, and the upstairs carpet has been steam cleaned. I would consider allowing a small, well-behaved dog. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, and must transfer them one week before moving in.
