All bedrooms have large double closets. There is no basement however there is ample storage in addition to the garage. One year lease required. Owner pays for garbage/recycling service. Electric baseboard heat - Cherryland Electric. Property has a well and septic system. Two car detached garage with door openers are included in the lease. Pole barn at the rear of the property is NOT included in the lease. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Driveway must be kept clear for access to the pole barn as needed. Regarding appliances - current appliances are left in the unit, including stove, dishwasher, refridgerator, washer and dryer but replacement is NOT included in the lease agreement. Tenant may elect to bring their own appliances in which case, those left in the unit will be removed by the owner prior to occupancy. There is a $200 nonrefundable cleaning fee due at time of lease signing. This is a NO SMOKING ALLOWED property. There is a NO CRIMINAL ACTIVITY clause addendum included in the lease.
