What a nice and clean and well kept home in a very nice neighborhood.In the country with beautiful rolling hills and gorgeous sunsets!! All the windows replaced 5 years ago with replacement double paned insulated windows. Beautiful Deck off of double paned sliding glass doors. Deck is 24 x 16, and has nice lattice work above it to keep it shady and to catch the cool summer breeze. All the appliances stay. All the rooms are on the main level for ease in not having stairs to climb.The sides of the 4'crawl space was very well insulated for warmth.Has 120 ' well and no problems with the septic.All underground wiring to the house, so no overhead wires. Whole house was wrapped in plastic before vinyl siding was put on. A Great Place and in a Wonderful Location!! Don't wait!!s
