The front door was replaced with a Preservation insulated door that improved the insulation of the original builders door that was on the house. 5. Furnace (2014) and air conditioner (2008) replaced with high efficiency furnace and air conditioners. The furnace also has a humidifier on it, which eliminates the need for a freestanding humidifier in the winter. The furnace and air conditioner have been on a regular maintenance plan since installed. 6. The sump pump system has three sump pumps. Two sump pumps are in one sump pump hole, with the battery back up as one of them so if the electricity goes out it continues running. The second hole has another pump so less stress is placed on one pump and can take over should the pump in the other hole goes out. (System installed 2016.)7. All of the non-brick siding was replaced January 2019 with a transferable warranty to the new owner, which allows the whole house to age consistently avoiding uneven discoloration with time. 8. The roof was replaced in 2016. (whole roof tear off and replacement with Lifetime Limited Warranty transferable to new owner). 9. A custom designed fireplace was built and installed in the dining room. This allows the dining room to be used as a cozy sitting/reading area, homework space, or still could be used as a formal dining room if desired.
