The home has professionally designed front and rear yards with weekly gardener service provided by landlord. Glenmoor Homeowners Association is family oriented and has private pools, tennis courts and basketball courts that tenants may join. The home does not have rear residential neighbors and is located conveniently close to Interstate 880, Highway 84, (Dumbarton Bridge & Facebook) and Highway 92 (San Mateo Bridge) with many retail amenities nearby. The monthly lease rate is $4500. with an additional $4,500 minimum security deposit, 1 year lease, and no smoking. We will require from all adults two months bank statements , check stubs or 1099 evidence, fresh credit report without any eviction history. We will not be able to lease to multiple individual adults (i.e. room rentals) and instead need one individual or couple to be responsible for rental payment.
