Freshly painted two bedroom home with one and a half bathrooms. The bathroom and two large bedrooms are upstairs. Walk through front door and your standing in the large living room with double hung windows and under staircase closet. Kitchen has a new appliances and freshly painted cabinets. I just ordered a new countertop and sink for the kitchen. Off of the kitchen is the half bath/utility room which has a new floating vanity with a new sink and faucet. New toilet and a new upgraded interior door. Water supply lines available for a washer and 220 plug available for a electric dryer. This is where the (year old) 40 gallon gas water heater is located, along with the furnace. The back door is off of kitchen where there is steps leading to a patio and small grassy yard. Each unit is separated by privacy fences. The Property Owner pays for the weekly garbage pick up. At the time tenant moves in, they are required to put the water and power into their name. Monthly Rent is due on the 1st but we give you until the 5th to pay. Any day after the 5th is considered late. We charge $10.00 every day late. The $40.00 Monthly Sewer fee is also due by the 5th and payable to the Property Owner. No smoking and no pets allowed. We start off with a Month to Month Lease Agreement, if there are no problems after three Months and the tenant wants to lease the property for a longer term then we will consider leasing the property for a twelve Month term.
