Second level - 4 BR, 1 sitting room attached to Master bedroom. 3 bathrooms, one in master BR, second one in bedroom above garage and 3rd bathroom in common area. 2 walk-in closets in master bedroom, one finished with elaborate organizer, second one is unfinished. The only bathroom that's builder grade is the master bathroom, new owners can take advantage of renovating to their style. Two other bathrooms were recently remodeled couple of years ago. Entire floor except bathrooms covered with Brazilian teak wood, recently installed. Basement - Except utility room the entire basement is finished, the only floor that has carpet. All interior walls except some are painted in lively colors, not neutral so to speak so the new owners looking for interesting walls will really enjoy our interior.
