A physical or digital copy of the paid receipt must be provided to the Landlord during the move-out inspection. Failure to provide a professional receipt will result in the cost of cleaning being deducted from the security deposit. 2 Yard Maintenance & Pet Waste Yard Responsibility: The Tenant is responsible for the immediate removal and proper disposal of all pet waste from the yard and common areas.
