There is a playground on premise but you don't hear the kids from this unit. You have pool and gym access at a nearby property that the landlord owns. There are valted ceilings in the Master bedroom. We installed blackout blinds in two bedrooms. Our lease goes for 51 more weeks, so we are looking to sublet. It's funny the directions life takes you, but we hope that it brings you to your new home at 54 Arthurian Way!
